Astander moves into hydrojetting

Mid 2020 meant good-bye to grit-blasting at Astander. This is another step forward in their commitment towards a greener environment.


The equipment FALCH & HAMMELMAN UHPJ (multiworkers, lift, jets, spider jets, 2500bar pumps) has been tested on vessels in Astander´s drydock since September. After a testing period hydro-jetting has now become the standard at Astander for all Hull & Cargo surface preparation for coating jobs.
