At Drydocks 200-hectare shipyard in the centre of Dubai there is several projects underway that will further enhance their portfolio of dynamics offering.
One example is Boxbay which is an innovative technology that offers container storing and handling solutions that improve operations at container terminals. This pilot system is being constructed by DDW´s team of skilled engineers.
Another example is the conversion of Bokalift II from a drillship to a DP2 heavy lift crane vessel with a crane weighing 4,000 tonnes. This vessel will be used for a number of offshore operations for windfarm installations.
